I think the main points to bear in mind are:

- Which part of the world do you intend to study in? (UK, Aus, NZ = IELTS; Canada, US = TOEFL) While all of these countries now accept both tests to some extent, there will be more college/uni options depending on which test you have taken

- Speaking: if you do better in face-to-face interview situations, IELTS is definitely a better test to be taking

Anyway, a very informative video - great stuff!
