If you are looking to buy a TOEFL study guide, you should check out THE TOEFL BOOKSTORE. They link to Amazon for their TOEFL books and study guides, which means you usually save at least 10% on the TOEFL books. More importantly, if you look at the menu on the right side of the store, the books are sorted into categories, so that you can quickly find the book you are looking for. Debatepedia defines itself as “the Wikipedia of debate and deliberation”. It’s a useful as a source of arguments for classroom debates on everything from Advertising to Zoos. I think you guys might find this site useful in learning the ways to construct an argument. You’ll quickly learn that there are some standard strategies for doing this.

Archie For comics fans, Archie Comics has a short comic strip designed for learning English. A new strip is added every three days. It comes with a podcast, which explains the story, and a learning guide with the podcast script, vocabulary explanations and comprehension questions and answers. On the main site there are also other comic strips and fun stuff to explore.
